Privacy Policy

• Account data — name, email address, and an optional phone number.
• Order data — what you bought, when, and the license keys issued to you.
• Reviews — your rating, optional text, and a snapshot of your display name taken when you submit.

We never see or store your card details. Payments are processed by our payment providers (e.g. Stripe, PayPal, NOWPayments); they receive the data needed to process your payment under their own privacy policies.

• Delivering license keys to your account and email.
• Customer support and resolving order issues.
• Fraud prevention and enforcing our terms.
• Transactional email only — we don't send marketing email and we don't sell your data.

If you post a review publicly, your chosen display name (e.g. “Marcus K.”) and, if set, your avatar are shown on the site. If you post anonymously, nothing identifying is shown publicly; store administrators can still see review authorship for moderation.

We use a session cookie to keep you signed in and your browser's local storage to remember your cart. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies are used.

Order records are kept as long as required for accounting and fraud prevention. You can request deletion of your account and associated personal data via the contact page; published anonymous reviews are kept, since they contain no identifying information.
