Terms of Service

Azenor (“we”, “us”) operates this store, selling license keys for third-party and first-party software products, delivered digitally. By creating an account or placing an order you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, please don't use the store.

An account is required to purchase. You must be at least 18 years old, provide accurate information, and keep your credentials to yourself. You are responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend or close accounts involved in fraud, abuse, chargebacks without prior contact, or violations of these terms.

We sell digital license keys. Delivery is automated: your key is sent to your account email and appears in your account under Orders, usually within a minute of payment confirmation. Nothing physical is shipped.

Every product carries a live status — Undetected (operational), On Hold (temporarily paused), or Detected (compromised; sales stop automatically). We update statuses as fast as we can, but we depend on upstream providers to notify us, so a change can occasionally take a while to be reflected. Statuses are provided in good faith and are not a guarantee.

• License keys are for your personal use.
• Keys may not be resold, shared, or redistributed unless the product page explicitly allows it.
• You are responsible for complying with the terms of the underlying software and the rules of any platform you use it with.
• Attempting to defraud the store (payment fraud, abuse of refunds, exploiting bugs) leads to account termination.

Prices are shown at checkout in your region's currency. We accept card payments, PayPal, and major cryptocurrencies through our payment providers — we never ask for payment over Discord or email. An order exists once payment is confirmed.

Only customers who have placed an order can leave a review, tied to that order. You choose whether your review is shown with your name or anonymously. We may hide reviews that violate these terms (spam, harassment, unlawful content); we don't edit review text.

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which you accept at checkout.

Products are provided as is. We are a reseller: we don't control third-party software, its availability, updates, or detection by external systems. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order concerned. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

We may update these terms; the date above reflects the latest version. Material changes will be announced on the site. Continuing to use the store after a change means you accept the updated terms.
